Journey Beyond Gaming operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Journey Beyond Gaming is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Trading card products may contain randomly inserted cards. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description, specific cards, rarities, alternate-art cards, autographs, serialized cards, promotional cards, or other chase items are not guaranteed.
Products listed as new and sealed are sold in their original manufacturer packaging unless otherwise stated on the product page. Minor cosmetic imperfections to packaging may occur during manufacturing, storage, handling, or shipping.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Journey Beyond Gaming.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, modify, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, purchase-limit violations, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment.
For fraud-prevention purposes, first-time customer orders over $500 may be subject to additional review and may require additional verification. If we are unable to verify the transaction, the order may be canceled. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed, and orders that have already been processed for shipment or shipped cannot be canceled.
Certain products may be subject to purchase limits. Orders that exceed a stated purchase limit may be reduced or canceled.
Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, except where an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.
Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information submitted is accurate.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carriers, severe weather, major product releases, holidays, high order volume, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Journey Beyond Gaming is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND FINAL-SALE PRODUCTS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading card products, trading cards, sealed trading card products, booster packs, booster boxes, and other randomized collectible products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange except where required by law or where we determine that an order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
Eligible non-TCG merchandise may qualify for return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, design elements, and other materials, are owned by Journey Beyond Gaming, its licensors, Shopify, or other applicable rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, display, transmit, sell, or exploit any portion of the Services without prior authorization from the applicable rights holder.
Journey Beyond Gaming’s names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans may not be used without our prior written permission.

Journey Beyond Gaming is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Journey Beyond Gaming.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Journey Beyond Gaming and is not responsible for the fulfillment, condition, delivery, return, refund, or other aspects of purchases made directly from us, except to the extent Shopify separately provides services to you under its own applicable terms.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process information relating to your access to and use of the Services.
